1.1 Please contact us within 7 days from the date you received your package. Please kindly notify us the reasons why you want to return and / or exchange your product.All returns must first be approved by our customer service team.
1.2 Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. If the item has been stained, washed, damaged or used, the return or exchange will be refused.
1.3 For hygiene reasons: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear.
1.4 Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
1.5 The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any related costs.
1.6 Please make sure you don't include non-Momycharm items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
If you received wrong or defective item, please send your inquiry to our customer service, you will get response as soon as possible. If the item has been stained, washed, damaged or used, the exchange will be refused.
3.1 Refunds are generally processed within 7 business days of receiving your return package.
3.2 Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.
3.3 All refunds will be made using the payment method used for the original transaction. Paypal account refunds: Within 7 days
4.How to return products?
Confirm the quality problem → contact our customer service → exchange/return/refund
Once you find the quality problems of the received items, please contact our customer service immediately.
Please provide our customer service with the order number, product SKU number, and defective product pictures via email email@example.com, we will contact you within 2 working days (9:00-17:00).
5. Cancel order
To cancel an order, you need to submit an application within 24 hours and we can only cancel it after review and approval.
If your order has been shipped/assigned a tracking number, we are not able to accommodate cancellations.
6.1 Inconsistent colors
The settings on your computer screen may change the colors of the images displayed on the website. A slight color difference does not indicate defective clothing or transportation errors. However, if you are sure that you received the wrong color, please contact customer service to see if you can return or refund.
6.2 Incorrect order (item size)
If the customer ordered the wrong size or product, we may also allow returns. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the transportation costs to and from our warehouse. If the customer chooses to refund, we will refund the price of the original product. All transportation costs are non-refundable.
