1.Is it safe to shop with momycharm?

2.Can I cancel my order?

If your order has been shipped/assigned a tracking number, we are not able to accommodate cancellations. Please utilize our Returns process and you will be provided with a return label for your order. Once the returned package is received & processed at our facility, you will be refunded for the order.

3.How can I deal with my package if I do not want it because of the customs taxes?

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Momycharm has no control over these charges, nor can momycharm predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

4.How long will the order take to arrive?

Preparing and delivery time may vary depending on the delivery address and stock location.

5.What are the return and exchange conditions?

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories. For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.

Please make sure the product is unused, clean, no smell ,no perfume, not in damaged or worn condition and in original packaging when return to us.

If you want to return the item, please contact support@momycharm.com. Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size information on the product page.

You can return the items in their original condition with our approval within 7 days of receipt. Unless you contact us first, we will not accept your returned items directly.

7.How do I choose my size?

The most effective way to choose your size is to take your measurements and compare them to the detailed sized chart. You could find a size reference on every product page. This will help you pick what size is best for your body type.

8.Why I didn’t get an email about my order being shipped?

Please ensure that your email address is spelled and formatted correctly. It may have been filtered to your Spam/Junk folder.

9.How soon will I receive the products?

According to the shipping method you choose, the delivery time will be different. Please note: total delivery time = preparing time + delivery time.
